Oh my God... The staff are so friendly and polite here. The food is delicious, too. The food stalls outside the hotel are also really busy, right across from Taman Ismail Marzuki. What a blessing it is to have found Hotel Alia Cikini 🥹🩵

The hotel staff are friendly to the hotel guests starting from the friendly receptionist and also the food from the restaurant is delicious, repeat order food from the hotel restaurant to eat in the room with friendly room service. It seems like I will come back to stay here if I have the opportunity to come to Jakarta again😊.

It's really great... jumbo TV, soft mattress, good AC, smooth wifi, delicious breakfast, welcome drink, private swimming pool, basically it's comfortable and cozy for families... the only downsides are the wobbly door handle, wobbly sink faucet, and the view in my room is not that great, otherwise it's okay

For a very spacious family room, the price was very affordable, and the staff was very friendly. The only downside: we booked a non-smoking room but were given a smoking room because there were no available ones. The lingering smell of cigarettes only dissipated after we opened the doors and windows wide.
