The hotel staff were extremely unfriendly and indifferent, preventing check-in past 1 PM. If you want to check in, you're still charged an additional fee. Even though you only need the room for a few hours of Zoom meetings, you're still not allowed to check in. The manager in charge of hotel operations even seemed to blame the guest for arriving too early. It was a very bad and very unpleasant check-in experience.
