Hotel ini benar-benar bagus, walaupun dari segi bangunan zaman dulu, tapi kualitasnya terbaik dan sangat bersaing dengan hotel zaman sekarang. Bawa anak cocok banget, kamar bersih dan terjaga, balkon juga bagus view-nya. Yang lebih lengkap lagi di balkon ada jemuran. Sarapan juga enak, kolam renangnya mantap, tempat main anak, musholla, kamar mandi lengkap sama bathtub dan air panasnya lancar. Keren pokoknya bisa balik lagi ke sini 😍.

This is my first time trying this hotel. The interior is old but well-maintained. The staff is friendly. The service is okay, but the hallway leading to the room smells of cigarette smoke even though there's a no-smoking sign next time. I'll try to pay more attention. The breakfast is standard porridge, and the nasigornasiputih is quite good. It's close to Bunda Hospital, so it's also good for access. It's a short staycation. It's also kids-friendly, with a swimming pool and playground.

There was 1 FO staff (seemed new) whose explanation for getting a room faster was less convincing, but was assisted by a more senior FO staff so we were able to get a room faster, overall all the services exceeded expectations.

"Improve the system between the cafe cashier and the receptionist, and don't just use one voucher for shopping at the cafe. Revert to the original system. If there's already a 20% discount program in the app, run it without having to ask the receptionist for a voucher. Okay?"
