The room seems like unprepared. The bedsheets is so thin and dirty. Same with the wall, its grubby. And there's so many dirt.

accidentally stained the bedsheet a little, really a little (a stain the size of a 500 silver coin) and was asked to compensate 100k, even though their electricity was off for almost 3 hours, the AC, lights, and TV were all off, there was no compensation from them.. the female employee said she wanted to ask the manager about compensation for the power outage but she said there was no such thing.. the wifi also didn't reach the room

1. The price does not match the price listed on Traveloka, still asked to add 2. No towels 3. No mineral water 4. The TV does not turn on, there is no power outlet (there should be 2 for STN and TV, but there is only 1) 5. The water is very small, can't be used for bathing
