The hotel aren't systematically registered in the application. There 's a problem I encountered in when I want to check in with the pay-in hotel option. The night staff doesn't have access to the application reservation, and told by his boss that he should not accept any reservation customer that haven't pay their reservation. After almost half an hour, It is decided that I check in to the room that are empty,"marked"as a incidental customer instead of application reservation but paying the amount in the application. Hope this problem able to solved ASAP.

Kamar bau apek, kusam, kotor, seperti gudang yang lama tidak terpakai. Sprei dan sarung bantal bau, seperti lama tidak diganti. Kamar mandi kumuh, air kran mengalir kecil sekali. Kloset tidak berfungsi. Suasana suram dan terkesam seram. Hi.

I know the price of the room is very low budget, but I didn't expect of what I would get. The room was full of bugs (ants to be exact), spreading around the door, the floor, the bathroom, even the toilet. The room was hot (the room was not air conditioned, but it is okay due to the budget). But I mean, it is okay to offer a budget room, but please make sure that the room is still in a proper condition. Thank you.

For the cleanliness of the room, I hope that in the future it can be improved. Please pay attention to facilities such as AC & tap water. Even though the average temperature is cool, with that room price, there should be air conditioning. Tap water sometimes lives, sometimes dies
