The guard is not friendly, the check-in process is long, there is a deposit even though the room has been paid for, there is a curfew, the door closes at 11.30, the place is scary, not recommended. Better to find another one.

Please don't book this, this is a scam! There are so many victims and even local residents know that this inn has claimed many victims, the provider should also take over but there is no action whatsoever. I and one other person came to this place and were told that the guard didn't come so the hotel was closed but looking at the review, the old lady said that this is also a common scam. Hopefully this will be closed soon. LOSSES.

The booking did not match the reality. When it arrived, the room was not available (sold out). Coincidentally, there were 4 people who also booked from the hotel room booking application, experiencing the same case. The hotel owner/manager said that it often happens like that, but did not provide a solution and even offered a room (if there was still one) at a higher price.

At first I was hesitant to order because other reviews didn't recommend it, but I tried it because it was cheap and close to the city center, but I was tired from being out of town and needed a rest, but because the atmosphere and cleanliness were lacking, plus the response I received was less than friendly, it made me uncomfortable and couldn't sleep and I want to check out quickly because the signal is also very bad.

The receptionist and owner were very unfriendly and seemed to belittle the guests. I booked for my wife, and the reservation was very long-winded from the moment she arrived she said the room was full, then while eating she didn't care about the guests who wanted to check in. My wife waited for quite a long time, more than 30 minutes. After she finished eating she was still busy counting the money. After she finished, she asked which application we ordered from and how much it cost. After we showed her the order ID, she said, "It's a different app, this is not the booking code." While saying that I am the king of OYO, if I order through another one I am not responsible. Very unfriendly and far from professional. We chose this place because it is close to where my wife is doing her activities and we also got a promo price from the app.

I suggest to app to start using the real condition inside of room to avoid customers will start leaving to use apps, the room air circulation really smelled and generally its totally unclean condition with bathroom without rooftop so the smell of bathroom has spread it on bed room. Traveloka need to start exposes the real conditions of room otherwise the customers will disappointed and soon they will start leaving to using Traveloka apps. I book for 4 days and I am not even stay for 1 night, I make early check out without stay inside the room without refund.

Penjaganyaa nenek galak, kamar biasa aja, kalau bisa jangan di sini, yang pembersihnya pinter bikin omong engga salah di salahin dan karena males ribut bayar denda lebih besar harga sewa. Kamar pesan yang besar di kasih yang kecil bayar di aplikasi lebih mahal.
