The water on the 2nd floor is not strong enough, the AC is not powerful enough, the room is spacious, but the AC is small so the cooling is not evenly distributed.

The hotel staff is very nice. The shower jet was broken, so I used the shower. There were no tissues, towels, or soap provided. But I still like staying here. Hopefully the hotel will be better and better in the future.

I always book this hotel for every trip to Mataram. The place is cozy, secure, and very close to Lombok Epicentrum Mall in Mataram. Although the hotel did not serve breakfast, we can buy online or find the nearest restaurant or kaki lima. The best part is the price is very cheap for a big hotel room.

Everything is good, but please pay attention to the completeness of the amenities. When you enter, there are no towels or trash cans provided. The water in the shower is very small, it takes a long time to take a shower. But at that price it is comparable to the facilities provided.

The staff is nice, & not complicated, but the room is stuffy, smells a bit musty, not very clean, the mattress is also yellow, and the bathroom is not very clean, but it is close to the places I want to visit so it is also a plus.
