The hotel staff asked for additional room charges because our room was occupied by 4 adults. I read that there was no regulation in the policy that stated additional charges for bringing more than 2 guests in one room. When asked how much they had to pay, they could not provide any certainty. Finally, that night we decided to check out of the hotel. We felt disadvantaged. The rules should have been explained during check-in or in the Traveloka policy. There was no hot water in the room, no water was provided, no soap, the bathroom door could not be closed from the inside, the parking lot was small and the car was narrow, and the environment was dirty.

The location is too narrow, the entrance is too narrow, there is no housekeeper, there are no plates or glasses in the room, but the AC is quite cold, oh yeah, one more thing, please change the pillow, yesterday my child complained about the smell of drool 🫣
