When checking in, they asked for an additional 95 thousand, even though the app had paid in full, with the excuse that it did not match the price set by the hotel owner. Asking for an invoice several times was not made, and the service from the hotel staff was very bad.

1. Asked for additional money of 50,000/day because the price in the app/Oyo is not the actual price? 2. Very dirty, entering the lodging area we were greeted with cigarette butts everywhere and durian skin on the front room table (where we report when we want to check in). The officer smoked while serving us check-in. 3. The room was dirty, not cleaned, there were still (more) cigarette butts. 4. The bathroom was dirty, the closed was clogged, the water reservoir used a plastic tub that had not been cleaned for years (there was moss/remaining dirt).

It's a bit strange that the app price doesn't match, Well, that's their marketing method, It can be updated, actually the business must be trustworthy, For the facilities for me, it's okay for that price, only the cleanliness is very lacking, There should be a female housekeeper. Even though the facilities are like that, if they are clean, they will definitely be comfortable.

Very bad experience during the stay: 1. The price in the Application is different at the time of check in, will be asked for additional check in time. 2. The pillowcase is torn, has many stains, and no pillowcase, even if asked to the Receptionist, it won't stay there. 3. The bathroom is dirty, no shower, the toilet button is broken, the point is it's very uncomfortable. 4. No towels, soap, toothpaste, etc. 5. The hotel room is dusty, including the dusty bed. The point is, out of all of them, this stay was the worst.

In the application the price was 70 ke, when we arrived at the place we were charged another 31 ke, the hotel should update the price in the application so that customers are not disappointed.
