The sports facilities are really good. The swimming pool is Olympic standard size. This is the first time a hotel has a real swimming pool. There are also bicycle rental facilities to explore around the hotel. The parking lot is spacious and comfortable.

The check-in process was fast, the room was quite clean, I liked the fact that they provided more than 2 bottles of drinking water, the swimming pool was great, and there was a children's slide too. Breakfast took a while to refill, with many empty bottles not being refilled.

Very comfortable, but some improvements to some of the facilities mean guests can't enjoy some of the improved amenities. The laundry could be improved, as the receptionist said that if you pick up your laundry in the morning it will be ready the same day, but in reality it was finished and ready the following afternoon.

Good location, close to several malls.
The reservation process via WA was quite slow in responding, but check-in and check-out went smoothly. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Hope the hotel can improve its facilities, as the lift buttons are quite hard to press. The biggest downside was a lot of mosquitoes in the lobby area, even during dinner at the lobby restaurant.

About time to improve the hotel facility. Most of the electronic appliances are old. AC not working very good, considering Bekasi weather this need to be the top priority to be improved. Fridge is broken, TV only show local channel, the cable networks also not working (it’s said No Signal). Room is totally not soundproof at all :(. At that time, there was group of family staying in the same floor as us and they kept talking loudly and we even can hear their convos clearly from our room 🤣
However, the price is very cheap with nearby malls, restaurants (great location). Pool also very huge.

I stayed there because there was a family event there. During my two-day stay, the only thing that made me uncomfortable was the lighting in the room was too dim, and the hot water wasn't very strong. The shower also didn't spray far enough; the water flowed too low, so my body hit the bottom faucet. The rest of the place was good.
The service was very friendly.
The food was quite delicious.
The swimming pool was very large, even though the children's area was being renovated. It remained large.

The hot water is off. No time to request because I'm too tired. Check in very late at night, check out very early in the morning. I was forced to take a cold shower.

The check-in process was fast, the room was quite clean, I liked the fact that they provided more than 2 bottles of drinking water, the swimming pool was great, and there was a children's slide too. Breakfast took a while to refill, with many empty bottles not being refilled.

Very comfortable, but some improvements to some of the facilities mean guests can't enjoy some of the improved amenities. The laundry could be improved, as the receptionist said that if you pick up your laundry in the morning it will be ready the same day, but in reality it was finished and ready the following afternoon.

Good location, close to several malls.
The reservation process via WA was quite slow in responding, but check-in and check-out went smoothly. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Hope the hotel can improve its facilities, as the lift buttons are quite hard to press. The biggest downside was a lot of mosquitoes in the lobby area, even during dinner at the lobby restaurant.

About time to improve the hotel facility. Most of the electronic appliances are old. AC not working very good, considering Bekasi weather this need to be the top priority to be improved. Fridge is broken, TV only show local channel, the cable networks also not working (it’s said No Signal). Room is totally not soundproof at all :(. At that time, there was group of family staying in the same floor as us and they kept talking loudly and we even can hear their convos clearly from our room 🤣
However, the price is very cheap with nearby malls, restaurants (great location). Pool also very huge.

It's always a transit option, because it's closer to the access and everything is good, so I never know when to choose the Santika Premiere Hotel, number 1 is the breakfast, which is varied and tastes good.

I often pass by, it turns out the hotel is really nice, the staff are all friendly, the food is delicious, the room is clean, the facilities in the room are super complete, we have plans to celebrate New Year there, besides avoiding traffic jams, it is easy to find places to eat around the hotel

I stayed there because there was a family event there. During my two-day stay, the only thing that made me uncomfortable was the lighting in the room was too dim, and the hot water wasn't very strong. The shower also didn't spray far enough; the water flowed too low, so my body hit the bottom faucet. The rest of the place was good.
The service was very friendly.
The food was quite delicious.
The swimming pool was very large, even though the children's area was being renovated. It remained large.
