Booked a room because it was cheap, got a free upgrade to a superior room, it was really GOOD, the AC was really cold, the TV was smart and could use YouTube, it was really great, DEFINITELY come back again.

The most comfortable place and yes, the price is worth it. Sometimes if you book a standard room, the hotel will upgrade you to a higher level. Basically, staying at Hotel Satria is very comfortable. You can park your vehicle in front of your room, the staff are all kind and friendly, and every complaint is automatically responded to. For a budget hotel, this is excellent. It comes complete with towels, mineral water, and other amenities. Usually, budget hotels are often incomplete. Sometimes you have to ask for towels, water, etc. Oh, and I even got a room upgrade. The staff are as friendly as Kempinski. I happened to be in transit at night while solo touring from Jakarta to Semarang. Oh, and the yard is also clean, even an employee sweeps the floor at night. Hahaha. This is the best hotel in its class.
