My first time staycation with my family in Savoy Homann was truly a great experience! Love the spacious room, cozy bed, great breakfast, we love the pool so much! The kids' pool with warm water is so great! The staff are so friendly and humble, all of them! From the reception staff, the restaurant staff, all! Surely we’ll be back here again, next time we go to Bandung.

I'm sorry, but this was my most frustrating staycation experience. For a rate of almost 1 million rupiah, the room facilities were very unsatisfactory. For that price, you could get quite luxurious facilities at other hotels. The chairs were broken, rickety, and dirty. The bathtub was stained and dirty. The view outside the room was a mess. I understand this is an old hotel, but regular checks should be conducted on the condition of the rooms and furnishings. We'll see which rooms are still very suitable and which rooms should not be rented to guests. Hopefully, this will be used as a basis for evaluation and improvement. Otherwise, I was quite satisfied. The entire staff was very friendly, which made up for the disappointment of staying here.

The lobby is spacious, suitable for resting before returning to the room. Free car parking. The room is a bit old with stains on the chair, but the room is quite spacious. The bathroom is not bright enough, the towels may need to be replaced with newer ones. Extra breakfast for children is 100 thousand, with various menus.

The location is great, the history is great. The food is fantastic. But the facilities inside the bathroom are so old. The shower and the water tap in the bathtub are rusted already, and is not working properly. The bathtub is also old. I recommend for the hotel to upgrade the room and the bathroom. The room was OK, but still it looks old. For one night stay, it was OK. But for long stay, I would find another newest hotel.

I stayed for two days, but my room wasn't cleaned on the second day. I asked at check-out and they said you have to request it, but at other hotels, it's automatic, unless there's a "do not disturb" sign posted on the door or a sign. This hotel's handling is certainly different. But otherwise, I'm quite satisfied.
