This was my first time in Lahat and I stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights. The room was clean and tidy, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was provided, including hot tea and coffee every morning. There's also a water dispenser for hot and cold water in the dining area. The staff are friendly and kid-friendly, and you can ask for help cleaning the room. It's close to Indomaret, and easy to find food in the area in front and across the street.

I, as a regular guest, am truly disappointed.... the service is disappointing even though I am a regular guest.... the bathroom has not been cleaned for almost a week, the floor and toilet are very dirty.... I have said, please clean the bathroom, but the proof is that it has not been cleaned, as a result I bought my own brush and cleaned it myself....

As a regular guest, I am truly disappointed.... the service is not satisfactory.... it just makes me disappointed.... I have asked several times to please clean the bathroom.... eh, it wasn't cleaned.... the dirty toilet wasn't cleaned.... the slippery floor wasn't brushed.... -work is just careless
