The hotel staff is friendly, the location is easy to find because it is close to the Tirtonadi terminal, but the room floor is lacking in cleanliness. The quality of the towels is also poor.

The hotel staff is friendly but the room needs repair, the mattress is damp, when entering the bathroom is dirty. After 2 protests, it was cleaned but it seems the water is contaminated with the cleaner so it itches. The location is quite because it is close to the terminal.

Last week I stayed here with my mom and dad (4 days 3 nights). Every morning, hot tea is provided. The staff are friendly. Very close to Tirtonadi terminal. In front of the hotel, there is a grocery store. Then every night there is someone selling fried rice, and the fried rice is delicious. It's worth it for the price of around 120k per night.

Strategic location across from Tirtonadi terminal, can check in earlier, friendly staff, there is wifi, only the roof in the room looks leaky, there are wet towels used by people that were not cleaned when checking in, noisy because of the sound of water bottles being crushed behind the hotel by collectors.
