The hotel reception staff should be friendlier, when I checked in they seemed rude and indifferent, if I didn't ask they wouldn't give me a coupon for breakfast, I don't know if they forgot or the staff didn't know.

The experience of staying here on Sunday, May 11, 2025, in my opinion was not so comfortable.
The television in the room did not work, the sink only had cold water.
The restaurant was narrow, if you wanted breakfast you had to wait for your turn with other guests, the menu was limited, not very varied, and there was an additional breakfast fee for a 5-year-old child. Even though the room was checked in with a capacity of 3 people.

At 08.45 I went down to the restaurant, faced with an empty breakfast menu (sold out & not immediately refilled), I tried to inform the officer, he answered quite curtly, just wait while it's still being fried. Just info on the menu provided (if it's all refilled): 1. White rice (only the ones on the magic jar wall are left); 2. Sweet pumpkin vegetable (sold out, only the tray is left); 3. Fried chicken and fried tempeh (only 1 tempeh left, chicken is gone); 4. Small crackers (available); 5. Corn soup is available; 6. Bread warmer is available... That's all. We're not joking around eating it 😥😥 And the place is in the hotel alley. I booked 2 rooms at a rate of Rp. 1,589,848, -, it's really not worth it. The app should first ensure that the hotels offered in the app prioritize the satisfaction of its app users, otherwise, slowly but surely, the app users will leave one by one, like me who is currently thinking about taking the decision to uninstall the app and close my app account because of this experience. Once again, I am quite disappointed this time. Thank you.

The hotel is clean and spacious for a family room, the bed is big and soft. If you enter the hotel, you do need to go slowly but the sign is visible. The bathroom is spacious and clean. Breakfast has no eggs and the variety is minimal but it's okay. The price is 35,000 for an 11-year-old child.

The lobby AC should always be on, not always looking at the density of tenants, but what can we do, maybe it's according to the rental price, the room is spacious, the AC is cold, cleanliness needs to be improved, the pillow cases have lots of stains and the towels are dull in color, overall I am quite satisfied staying here

friendly hotel staff, there is a section that escorts you to your room. for the location, it was a bit confusing at first, because it's right next to the hotel next door.
There are many food stalls, health centers around, and everywhere is close.
The room is also comfortable, but there is no soundproofing, people coughing from the next room can be heard so it's a bit disturbing when you want to rest.
