Hotel was extremely beautiful and relaxing. Staff was really friendly, breakfast offered many options, and the location was near many restos. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it for anyone looking for a good place in Dago.

Awesome... The hotel has a tropical and legendary feel.. Atmosphere/Facilities: Sitting relaxing in the swimming pool is very cool. Food: The food is delicious. Staff Assistance: Very agile and very helpful. Highlights: The atmosphere at the swimming pool and the room balcony makes for a comfortable relaxing. Price: Very appropriate and if possible cheaper 😂😂 Location: Strategic location close to souvenir centers and hangout spots. And highly recommended.

Got a smelly room. Number 505. I think it was the toilet water. I told them, but they only replaced the air freshener. As a result, I had to hold my breath for two nights.

Overall, a good place to stay for at least one night. The room is comfortable but the outside was quite loud at night with motorcycles noises. I only managed to sleep at around 3 am. Breakfast food can be improved.

Got room 312, like a makeshift room for rent, maybe because there was an ITB graduation event, actually paid 750 thousand without breakfast. The room was a bit smelly but it was camouflaged using a fragrance that was put who knows where. Then the noise from outside (the street) was very loud and could be heard inside, because there was a wooden balcony door, amazingly the door was only locked with a 5 cm slot (not very proper for a hotel with that rate), sleeping on the mattress was itchy and the bathroom table was no longer suitable (worn wood and smelled of mold), but it was not replaced. In the bathroom when taking a shower the water leaked out into the dry area, because the glass door was not installed (broken).
