I had an amazing stay here, the staff were helpful and the room is clean, the lobby smells amazing, I forgot to ask what kind of scent they use for the lobby. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Lovely stay, the room is spacious, modern, and clean. The hotel building is adjoined with Pullman, overall facility is modern and does not feel like a budget hotel at all.

It's really worth the price, close to Gedung Sate, strategic location, all the staff are friendly and quick, breakfast has many variations. Luckily I got an early check in so I could enter the room at half past 1 and got a complimentary cake. Thank you Ibiss💕

Wonderful hotel. The location is very good, right in front of Gedung Sate and Gasibu field.
The room is spacious and has wonderful view. Breakfast was tasty. I had some problems when searching the entrance, the lobby or access to parking because of the concept of the building, but it was ok. The AC was slow, but thanks to Bandung climate, it was ok.
Maybe the biggest minus was the all in one bodywash and shampoo. cmon... this is 2025, even the simpliest man knows that it was not good either for hair or body...
