I had a great experience staying at Ibis Bogor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was fast and easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is perfect, breakfast was delicious with many choices. The dining area was clean and cozy. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. Great value and service!

To enter is indeed far from the front, must be accessed by online taxi or private vehicle, but the beautiful atmosphere in the morning the view is very refreshing to the eyes and very kid-friendly, there is a small kids corner to play, free horse riding and free cycling, in the swimming pool there is a mini slide that is fun for small children. The food is varied and delicious, the size of the swimming pool is medium not too big but enough for overnight needs, the hotel staff are all friendly and helpful. So far it has been very enjoyable and highly recommended staycation here. Thank you Ibis style Bogor Raya team 🙏🏻

Deluxe Twin Room. I've stayed here several times for work in Bogor/Sentul and have always been satisfied with the service. It's easily accessible, close to the toll gate and the city center. The quiet atmosphere, away from the crowds, is perfect for relaxing. Parking is spacious and free. Breakfast is very satisfying. The hospitality is excellent and friendly.

Very uncomfortable. The front office called me repeatedly at 4 a.m., and even had security visit me at the same time, claiming there was noise coming from my room, when in fact, my family and I were asleep and not doing any of the activities or making the noise we were accused of. FYI, I have a toddler who was sleeping and woke up because of the front office's phone ringing. I reported the inconvenience to the front office, and they simply said, "Sorry for the inconvenience," without explaining why. Very unsatisfactory.

The location was easy to find, with a nice view. They provide spacious parking area. Everything in this hotel was clean, from the lobby, receptionist area, elevator, and our room. The check-in process was quick. Very satisfied with our room, everything in our room was very clean and were in a good condition. Really enjoy our stay here! However, there's a minor disturbance, I don't understand why they can't give us additional towel? We already said it's okay if they have additional charge for the towel, but they still won't give us the towel🤷♀️

At first, check-in was smooth, but then the electricity in the room suddenly went dead. We were moved to a new room, and the one we just entered was covered in water. Luckily, we didn't slip. Please ask the room attendants to be more thorough and the supervisors should also be more thorough in double-checking the rooms before they are declared clean. Thanks.

The location was easy to find, with a nice view. They provide spacious parking area. Everything in this hotel was clean, from the lobby, receptionist area, elevator, and our room. The check-in process was quick. Very satisfied with our room, everything in our room was very clean and were in a good condition. Really enjoy our stay here! However, there's a minor disturbance, I don't understand why they can't give us additional towel? We already said it's okay if they have additional charge for the towel, but they still won't give us the towel🤷♀️

To enter is indeed far from the front, must be accessed by online taxi or private vehicle, but the beautiful atmosphere in the morning the view is very refreshing to the eyes and very kid-friendly, there is a small kids corner to play, free horse riding and free cycling, in the swimming pool there is a mini slide that is fun for small children. The food is varied and delicious, the size of the swimming pool is medium not too big but enough for overnight needs, the hotel staff are all friendly and helpful. At first, check-in was smooth, but then the electricity in the room suddenly went dead. We were moved to a new room, and the one we just entered was covered in water. Luckily, we didn't slip. Please ask the room attendants to be more thorough and the supervisors should also be more thorough in double-checking the rooms before they are declared clean. Thanks.

I had a great experience staying at Ibis Bogor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was fast and easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed.
