The hotel is close to the street so it was easy to find. The rooms are quite nice but there is no view and sunlight since the window is facing inward. We had lunch in one of the restaurant but it took almost an hour for the food to be served and quit pricy. Overall it was an OK hotel but not for a staycation.

Wow this is great hotel in Kuta. Near with all the location that I want to go. This just met the standard, good food even there's not much varieties. But for me, it's enough for breakfast. The room and facillites are all modern. I like the swimming pool and cafe on the rooftop. I asked for iron in the morning and they served us well. It was a great experience for me and I will stay again if I travel to Bali again.

affordable. near airport had a great experience! our room has connecting door so we can monitor the kids.. clean room.kids enjoy the pool .. staff are accommodating we sure be back in this place. satisfied customer here. 😁

We enjoyed our stay here. Clean room, AC cool, no noisy at night during our sleep. When I accidently turned off the ac and couldn't get it on the engineering was ready to help and so fast to come and fix it. The pool was wonderful. We drank hot latte in the morning but didn't taste the food. We really had great experience and one of the best hotel in Bali 🫶🏽thank you Infinity8

Stayed here for nyepi, really like the room and the pool. The service is really bad tho. I asked if they can change the breakfast with suhoor and they said they can, they said I can just go to the ballroom (which is the place to have breakfast the other day before, and it was buffet) and they said it will start at 3am. So I go there at 3.30 cause Imsak is at 4.58 so I think it will be enough. I came there and they said it's ala carte so I need to order first, OK I ordered chicken cordon bleu. Food came at 4.40 and they served me fried rice? I said I didn't order fried rice and they said that's what's available lol. Why even bother to ask what I want then? Worst is they didn't even inform me and ask if I'm okay if they change it with fried rice. Waited 1 hour + only for fried rice that doesn't even look appetizing. Some if the guests also waited for an hour and in the end they don't get their foods. They said sorry but then how? They didn't get their suhoor which means they wouldn't eat for the whole day. It's a joke really. This is the picture of the fried rice, and fyi it costs 200.000/ meal and it was nyepi. My notes: if you are not ready to prepare suhoor then just say that you can't change the breakfast with suhoor so we can prepare it by ourselves!

Doesn't make sense😅 Seumur hidup sarung bantal kena charged. Suara luar bisa kedengaraan bahkan jalanan motor. Kamar sebelah keluar masuk, hair blow juga. Plus point easy parking, friendly staff.
