The staff is friendly, and the hotel is quite nice, although the door has some damage. The rooms are better for under 300,000 Rupiah. The third floor isn't ideal for seniors and young children, as there's no elevator. Otherwise, the hotel is good: there's security to prevent unauthorized entry, it's close to the city center, and there's plenty of food around the hotel.

The room is not elderly and pregnant women friendly. Booked on the app, but the room was on the 3rd floor, there was no elevator even though I brought a 70-year-old elderly person and I was trying to get pregnant. There was a lot of luggage, it was too difficult to climb to the 3rd floor even though the male staff helped, but it was too heavy. The female receptionist on duty at night was not friendly and did not provide solutions. Moved to a lower room and was given an unsuitable room, the excuse that the other room had not been cleaned even though the check-in time was 10 PM. Finally, I was forced to go up to the 3rd floor. Really disappointing, I will not want to go back again! Clogged sink, smelly bathroom! Haunted hotel! Difficult access in a residential alley! Minus the service!

There're many bugs in the bedroom and bathroom.. No hot water.. The bathroom floor too slippery..
