My second staycation here. The view is as beautiful as before, the cleanliness is quite good, the swimming pool is large, and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, at night (Saturday nights) there is karaoke until around 11 am. Coincidentally, there was a filming session going on when I stayed. After the filming, the crew chatted loudly in the motorcycle parking lot right in front of our room around 1-2 pm. It was very disturbing to our rest! I hope the comfort and orderliness will be improved in the future.

The resort is nice, well maintained, nice view, not too far from the main road, the swimming pool is the champion, wide and the water is not too cold so you can swim there for a long time, there is a mart, coffee shop, restaurant and food court so you don't need to go anywhere to find food or snacks, the fun thing is there is live music so on a weekend night you don't need to go far to find a cafe + live music. everything is available at the resort. the service is also good and all the hotel staff are friendly, don't hesitate to stay here, guys, keep going jimmers mountain resort :)

The perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the capital, the tranquil atmosphere, friendly staff, and pleasant hotel facilities made my husband and I feel at home here. For under 1 million, you can get a Charleston room with a balcony and a view of the pool that is pleasing to the eye. The Balinese vibe is very noticeable, with plenty of spots to sit and relax in a calm and beautiful atmosphere. There is a minimarket and restaurant as well as a karaoke room. It is perfect, the only downside is the access to the resort is a bit steep, I can't wait to come back again 🤗

We stayed in the Malibu Gold room, and the room was pretty good, even though it looks like an old building for a Malibu.
However, the only downside was that the TV couldn't be used because the antenna cable was broken. I called the phone number in the room, but it still wouldn't work. So I just WhatsApped the number listed for information about the TV.
However, I complained three times, and the hotel said a technician would check it out. But I waited until 8 p.m. and no one showed up. So, that's it...
If there was damage to the property in the room, it should have been repaired immediately, as the TV is a very standard room facility.
The hotel's ambiance is good...

The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is spacious, given 3 single beds, 1 and 2 double beds, even though there are only 4 of us, and that too with children. Very clean, fragrant. The hotel area is very spacious, then there is a mini zoo, there is a children's play area, it costs 30 thousand but 30 thousand from check in to check out so you can enjoy it all. The swimming area is very spacious, in the hotel there are also many cafes, places to relax too.

It's really fun and comfortable. Although you don't get breakfast, there's a cafe and a mart there. If you want to save money, you can order GoFood and pick it up at the reception. In the morning, you don't need to worry about finding a cheap breakfast. Because in front of the hotel, there's a chicken porridge seller and local residents sell rice cakes for only 10,000 Rupiah and fried food for 1,000 Rupiah. It's worth it.
