The hotel is not good and very far from cleanliness, the room has a lot of moss, small shower water, pillows and blankets are not clean, there are still spots and smell, and also this Jolin hotel is stingy, borrowing an iron is not given, they said there was one but I waited until the evening but it was not given. Very disappointed and this hotel is very bad.

The AC is not cold, I want to sleep well but it is not deep, the bath towels also have many brown stains, the sheets are dirty, not worth it for the price of 300. Very regrettable, hopefully it can be a material for improvement in the future.

Room 215, the room and bathroom are quite clean, the side towels are torn, the AC is cold but noisy, the room is very noisy, uncomfortable when resting, the reception staff is not friendly when checking in and checking out, no smile, rude, service has been improved again.

The hotel is clean, the food is all delicious, but it's a shame the coordination between the FO and the restaurant is lacking, when ordering a meal they say a 30% discount if I'm not mistaken, and the price conveyed by the restaurant is different from the note given at the FO, please make it better in the future , really there are 2 prices in one hotel, and for the room the air conditioner isn't cold at all but luckily when I complained the room wasn't cold I was given another room. Thank you

Just so you know, it turns out that staying here the sheets and pillow covers are not changed. I know this because I stayed for 2 days. Even so, the room was cleaned at 2 o'clock, when the sheets arrived, they were only cleaned with a broom stick. I asked, why is it not replaced? Oh, want to change. Whatt? Even then, changing the pillow covers, not with the reason that they are still in the laundry, when we come, we immediately replace the word hosue keep. But it turns out that until check out the next day it will not be replaced. The service here is bad. Then the leftover food outside the room for 2 days is not taken. Too bad this hotel is really bad. Very much.

1. The hotel is very strategic, close to the Panakukang Mall. 2. Rooms are very spacious, so as if at home, with lighting that is arranged very professionally, so comfortable for resting and working in the room. 3. Breakfast is quite varied, with a special menu there is fried rice (salted fish, shrimp paste, and red fried rice). Plus Manado porridge, and delicious Kajang Ijo porridge. 4.
