Very friendly hotel staffs. Clean hotel, lots of choices for breakfast. My son had an online math competition, the hotel staff even let him borrow a reception table to put the laptop and worked on the competition since there is no business center in the hotel.

Arrived at a busy reception, and Novi was very professional, patient, and super friendly. Although the room was a little late, I was very impressed with her extraordinary service. Cindy at the restaurant screen was very friendly, and by the way, all the employees were very friendly from the first time I entered the resort until check out. Thank you Katamaran Resort, I will definitely be back soon 🥰

Amazing stay at Katamaran! The resort is still quite new with many facilities, the staff are great and very helpful, and definitely beautiful view! This is a boutique resort, but they provide a lot of facilities, e.g., kids playroom (+outside playground in the making), 2 swimming pools (+1 in the making), sunrise yoga, water activities (water bike, paddle, kayak, etc.). There are many places you can just sit down or lay down, relax and enjoy the sun. The staff are really attentive and ready to go above and beyond to help and serve the guests. I fell sick during our stay with high fever and when they knew they offered me free ginger tea delivered to my room (I know it is a small thing, but it really meant a lot when you are in a bad situation). We also didn't get the chance to book in advance the water activities because of the illness. But on our last day of stay, when I felt a bit better and would like to try a bit, the bookings were full. When we said to the staff that we were checking out in the afternoon, they told me to just go there and we can play around but not too far from the place so that when the owner of the booking slot arrived they could call us and we would need to return immediately. I think it was a nice gesture from the staff to try to accommodate us. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort if you want to visit Labuan Bajo. We personally would like to come back if we have a chance!

We chose to stay at Katamaran for Celebrating my birthday in Labuan Bajo before heading to our livaboard. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Greeted by a warm welcome by the receptionist, Novi and a surprise decoration in our room. Food in the restaurant were amazing especially the Lava Cake which we order every night during our 2 nights stay. The free activities such as snorkling and kayaking also made our first time experience in Bajo even better. They also provide a pick-up and drop-off service from and to the airport with additional IDR 100,000 which is convenient too.

Value for money and nice ocean view from everywhere including all the rooms, great breakfast buffet.

All rooms have a very beautiful sea view 😍 and you can relax in the afternoon watching the sunset.
