MasyaAllah the resort is so beautiful.. Comfortable, beautiful, cool, green and clean.. The first time I entered the lobby, the room was fragrant! Lots of plants & flowers, every corner of the hotel is aesthetic, at night the hotel is not stingy with electricity so it is beautiful with full lights.. the staff is very friendly and helpful! I was helped by the receptionist, Mr. Eka, then the hotel staff who were very kind and willing to help me & my husband to check the room & bring my things (I forgot his name but he was there on the afternoon of September 1st) thank you very much.. Next time I want to stay here again xixi the only minus is only car access because you have to park above while the shuttle is not on standby below & there are lots of stairs, overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank God, our one-night staycation here with our two little ones was so much fun. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the facilities were great. We didn't have to deal with traffic jams because it was still downstairs, and the kids were super happy staying here. Plus, the restaurant has delicious food at a reasonable price for a hotel. So, it's still worth it considering the price, taste, and location.

the place is really comfortable. the location is also not far from the Gadog toll road. the food at the restaurant is also really great. you won't regret coming here, there are many spots that we can visit. coincidentally yesterday for honeymoon really didn't disappoint

the hotel is really nice.. aesthetic.. cozy.. homey.. really fresh green as far as the eye can see.. clean.. lots of facilities and activities that can be done.. complete package from swimming pool.. fish pond.. mini zoo.. greenhouse.. playground.. friendly staff.. lots of interesting photo spots.. next time I will stay here again for longer

I called FDO in the afternoon just to let them know that I was checking in after work. I booked the previous day on the app.. and it turns out I asked for an anniversary greeting to be made. Weddings are possible and free, plus a free cake slice from the hotel. I was surprised, wow, the service is excellent.. Thank you very much, Ms. Novi, for approving my request.. I will be back 🫶🏻

Experience staying at Kianmas: 1. Disappointed because we got twin beds even though we had requested a single bed. 2. When we were about to get a drink, we noticed our glasses were dirty, which we believe were used by previous guests and hadn't been washed by the hotel staff. 3. Sleeping was uncomfortable, our bodies were covered in bumps. When we checked our beds, we found small ants. Our sheets and blankets were also dirty. 4. The guests next to us, who came in a group, were extremely noisy. They played loud music, laughed loudly, and even shouted in the early morning. They were disrespectful and disturbed the peace of other guests.

The place is cool, there is a swimming pool and interesting photo spots, I stayed with my parents, children, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren, they really liked it, but it's a shame, because we booked a room through the app, (we booked 2 superior type rooms), we were placed on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator, because I brought elderly people, I asked to be moved to the 1st floor but it couldn't be done, according to the front office staff, all the rooms on the 1st floor were fully booked, even though I stayed on Monday, and to get to the room, from the hotel lobby to the room there were only quite steep stairs, so for elderly people they couldn't go anywhere, so my parents were only in the room all day until dinner time, for the food at the hotel restaurant it was quite good, but for the price of warm plain tea please pay attention again, I ordered soto bogor and white rice and warm plain tea, for the price of soto it was okay, it's not expensive, but for warm plain tea at 30 thousand / glass it was fantastic, next time if I stay here again maybe I will just look for food outside. Thank you

It turned out to be really close, not even reaching the summit. This is a really nice, quiet place, perfect for a honeymoon. Since it's my wedding anniversary, it's perfect. The food at breakfast was average, I think the bandrek was delicious, but taste is relative, after all. The bed was okay. I'm going on a vacation with another family next time. I bought a cactus here, which I thought was nice. It was a gift from my husband, he said.

Best experience for trying it out, served by a receptionist with bangs, initial D (nametag name is not easy to read), very friendly, fantastic facilities, only breakfast is not very varied. So far so good, helped by the buggy which is very fast when picking up, hehe
