Kings Hotel Nagoya Batam

Awful experience. The location was't updated on google maps. Even my friend (a local people) hard to find the location. The most scary and nightmare experience was the bathroom. I stay alone, and took a bath at 10.30 PM, without bringing my HP and I was locked inside the bathroom, as the door lock was broken. I wasn't able to ask for help to anybody, as no HP and no ext hotel phone installed inside the bathroom. After having such terror, and a lot of trial, fortunately the lock can be removed. I couldn't imagine what the worst things can happened. The most disappointing thing is that the hotel management never contact me and do nothing, concerning my complaint. I myself not recommended this hotel to stay. No enough mitigation to the hotel guest risk.
