This hotel is perfect for those who love a Japanese ambiance. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with traditional elements, even the bathroom in the room has subtle Japanese touches, making it feel like a mini retreat.

As a Japan enthusiast, this hotel really looks like a dream come true. Not only do they design their hotel with Japanese style very well, they provide us with a controllable closet, onsen, and Japanese signature foods. They provide good zen massage too.

Nice hotel in Kemang Area with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel location is strategic and close to many food centers in Kemang. The room is clean and very comfortable.

Located in Kemang, this hotel has a unique design and facilities as a Japanese Hotel. The facilities included Tatami Room, Onsen, Yaki stand, Japanese restaurant. All room include a capsule styled bathroom with bathtub. The Tatami Room is very unique and comfortable. TV included local and global channels. Whats surprising is the price is relatively affordable with complete facilities for a 4 star hotels. There is an additional option for decoration. Staffs are helpful and friendly

We have good experience staying at Kuretakeso Kemang. There was some miscommunication at the beginning. But it was resolved quickly and amicably. We also got a room upgrade. Very nice, thank you! The executive room is compact, but still comfortable for the two of us. Enough space for prayer. The JBL speaker is a nice touch. The bathroom feels like a semi-portable unit, but it is practical, clean and all features work properly. Plus it has a bathtub with strong, hot water and heated toilet seats, which is great. The onsen opens at night, the hotel provides some disposable underwear to use while inside (another visitor wore swimsuit, which is a good idea). Unfortunately, the towel provided are small, barely enough to dry yourself and there is no place to put your dry towel properly while inside - I ended up accidentally sprayed mine with water while showering. Better ask for a bigger towel. The water on the onsen itself is hot. It is bearable, but we couldn't stay in for long, lol. Overall, our stay is enjoyable with some perks that are not commonly available in Indonesia. Will consider coming back for another staycation. Thank you~
