very good location except room need improvement

It's all about location...location...location. Rooms are pretty average and bathrooms below average. Food in their restaurant was good though.

Super clean, good room service, got a room on the 2nd floor, open the window directly to Mount Batok [happy]

The staff is nice, the hotel is located right in front of Bromo, so it is highly recommended.

hotel with the best view, if you want a view of Mount Bromo and Mount Butak, you can choose a room at the front, if you want a sunrise view, you can choose a room at the back, the staff is friendly and the service is good, maybe the rooms can be upgraded to newer ones, the rest is okay

very disappointing. - I ordered a cottage type room, which has 2 rooms, with the hope of getting a good view, it turned out to be a dud, the view was roof tiles, even though the price was expensive, there was no previous note. - The name of the room is quite expensive, at least there is a view, this is just a building view, very disappointed. - The bathroom sink is leaking. - During breakfast, it was stated that breakfast was for 2 people, even though the cottage type is for 4 guests, at the reception it was also stated that breakfast was for 4 people. Until I showed proof of the order to the restaurant when breakfast, I didn't want to be considered stealing food. - This is the first time I've stayed in Bromo, it's very disappointing, I won't be returning to this hotel again. - For management, please pay attention, there are many new and good hotels in Bromo, if the management is still disappointing like that, guests will definitely leave in the future, especially at such an expensive price without getting a view at all.

view to mount batok, very nice. the family room is spacious enough for 5 people, unfortunately I got one that is not in the front. walking distance to Mentigen Hill.

In front of Lava View Lodge, there is an extraordinary view, Mount Bromo, Mount Batok, the sea of sand, and beautiful hills. It feels like being above the clouds. Clean rooms, hot water is always available, delicious food, and friendly service.

the place is nice, clean, the view is quite good, just for the breakfast menu, there should be more variety and if possible there should be room service for eating or meals 😁 because it's cold, the air makes you want to snack

The hotel is located next to Mount Bromo, private cars can reach the location as long as they are in good condition.

Everything is good, this is the 4th time staying here, the only input is for the telephone response and how to provide information to guests that need to be improved, it's useless to have a number that can be contacted but often it's difficult, no one picks up/answers, so they just answer as best they can, promising to send information via message..waited and waited but never came, all the staff are friendly, hopefully it will get better in the future.

the hotel view is directly to Mt. Bromo. very cool. the food is quite good, the restaurant staff and hotel staff are friendly. the room is clean even though the furniture is old. the towels should be replaced with new ones.
