The hotel staff and housekeeper are friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere inside the inn is very clean, safe, comfortable, and quiet. The facilities are quite complete, and very close to the city center. If there is another chance, I will definitely stay here again

2nd time staying here! Before, the area was still small (there was no back area yet) and now it has improved and is getting better. The only downside is the noise from outside the room and the rest is safe🙌🏼

Hotel lobby, rooms, facilities and bathrooms are just like in the pictures, very nice and clean. All rooms are non-smoking and they are well-aired.
It would be even better if there were bigger room types available with twin beds options.

The location isn't on a particularly busy street, but it's in the middle of town. Breakfast isn't served here. The ambiance is nice, but parking is limited, plus the towels aren't very fragrant. If you're a smoker, don't choose this place because there's no smoking room. Furthermore, we were asked to deposit Rp 100,000 for the key. I think Rp 100,000 is excessive, as the usual Rp 50,000 is a bonus. Hopefully, this will be improved in the future.

Fast checkin & checkout process. Clean room, lobby. Unique restaurant, colors & accessories vibes feel like in Santorini. Toiletries are not stingy, given new ones every day. The food is also delicious. The staff is friendly. Thanks Mas Doni for being an impromptu photographer. Next time will stay here again.
