Clean rooms, close to everywhere and friendly service

Comfortable, cool air, close to the road, can swim as much as you like

Put a trash can in the kitchen. Everything is great, pwol. Come here again sometime.

CLEAN, NEAT, AESTHETIC, PLEASANT, COMFORTABLE The only problem is that the electricity tripped when the AC and TV were turned on simultaneously, and there was no refrigerator. The service was very friendly and good.

friendly staff.. clean rooms and swimming pool.. the facilities are okay.. maybe you just need to pay attention if the power goes out like yesterday for 2 hours, the hotel should provide a backup generator.. because when I asked, it turned out the generator was being repaired 😁 overall it's okay 👍

Spacious room, friendly staff & private pool. The only not convenient part was there’s no hand basin in the toilet, you need to go out from the room until the small kitchen at outside. Overall the stay was good.

For UII students who want to find a villa for their parents after graduation, this seems possible, because it is very close to the UII students' boarding houses. The villa is clean, because it seems new, the interior is modern, there is a water heater, a swimming pool, but it can't be used for swimming if the water is only knee-deep, hmm, maybe just for soaking. The smart TV can log in to Netflix using each account. There is a stove that uses melon gas, for simple cooking (but there is no knife, cutting board, there are only plates, spoons, forks, pans, spatulas for cooking, at most for cooking noodles, because there is no refrigerator either). Overall, it is worth trying if you want to travel to the Seleman area.

It's really cool, comfortable, and super clean. I'll stay here again on my next trip to Jogja.
