sorry if I want an honest review 🙏
we stayed in the family type, near the swimming pool, the room is narrow, if we meet in the room we can bump into each other, there is no AC/fan, the window can't be opened, so it's a bit stuffy if you close the door, but if you open the door all the flies come in, then die in the room, so many flies die in the room. the terrace is only small with 1 bench without a table, so sitting outside is also uncomfortable.
the hotel is too rigid in implementing the policy, I ordered the family type, me, husband + 2 children, it should be enough, but we are required to buy an extra bed because their family type is only for 3 people, I'm annoyed because in other hotels it's still allowed or not necessary to have an extra bed. just know enough
I also ordered breakfast for 4 people, delivered to the room, fried rice, fried egg, rice noodles, crackers, the portion was small, the taste (sorry) was strange, and they didn't give me drinking water 😅, it's terrible, there's no drink in the breakfast package. It's better to buy breakfast in front of the hotel like the neighbor next door, they said there was kang nasduk, chicken porridge.

Regarding the Family Room type, according to the information listed on Traveloka, the room capacity is for 2 adults and 1 child. If guests come more than that capacity, an extra bed is required, which can be ordered through Traveloka or directly at the villa. For breakfast, the price you pay includes 1 portion of breakfast, with in-room facilities already available 3 bottles of mineral water and an electric thermos of tea, coffee, and sugar. If you need additional drinks, we provide other options that can be ordered directly. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to strive to improve our services. The staff is very friendly, the service is very good. The room is clean, the swimming pool is clean. The only thing that is lacking is that the electricity sometimes goes out🫢not for long, at most 5 minutes it will be back on.

Thank you for visiting and sorry for the inconvenience. As additional information, the Hotel/Villa has a Genset Unit so that when the local PLN is unstable/the lights go out, it will automatically connect to the generator as back-up.

We can explain as follows: 1) As stated in the Traveloka room information, and we explained upon arrival, that the Standard Room does NOT have a heating kettle. Heating kettle (SET: TEA, sugar coffee) Starting to be found in Room Types: superior room, deluxe queen room, family sweets room. Please re-read the detailed information listed on Traveloka. 2) Wifi Internet - still available, perhaps because the location of the standard rooms is a bit inside the building, so internet coverage is low. Bawa anak usia di atas 5 tahun diminta bayar 75.000/anak per malam. Entah kenapa banyak lalat padahal tidak ada makanan tumpah. Di standard room tidak ada teko pemanas air.

After we checked again, Guest A/n; SISKA O. stayed overnight on the date. 9/4/24 - Type SUPERIOR TWINBED/ROOM ONLY/2 PEOPLE.
4 guests came, namely an additional 2 people aged between (8 - 15 years) so that a total of 4 people stayed overnight.
Thus there is an advantage in the number of guests of 2 people
In accordance with Hotel regulations, for excess number of guests;
-Adults available extrabed Set @ 150 K
-If you are still a child (aged 6 - 15 years) you only need to pay @ 75 K to be able to live with your parents in the room & can enjoy all the available hotel/villa facilities together (indoor/outdoor rooms & free parking, prayer room, free garden play/free swimming etc.) meanwhile
-for ages under 5 years we provide free/without paying,
We can also inform you that our Hotel/Villa is located near a plantation area where during the harvest season or just after harvest there are sometimes vegetable flies, this cannot be avoided. The flies also enter the Hotel/Villa area.

The room is clean and comfortable, the room ceiling is high so the room remains cool even without air conditioning. Air circulation is also good because there is a balcony that the door can be opened, also provided prayer equipment including sarong and mukena (not just a prayer mat). Btw the room price does not include breakfast, but we can order breakfast at an additional cost of 25 thousand / portion.

Excelent service! His security guard was alert, and there were people who were sick in the middle of the night being taken to the Clinic. The location of the villa is also close to Alfamart so it is easily accessible. Clean rooms, complete with thermos and sugar coffee tea. Delicious fried rice breakfast continues to be delivered to the room. The air here is super cold, suitable for those looking for fresh air from the capital so it doesn't need air conditioning
