The location is not too far from the airport.
The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. We arrived at 10 p.m. but still received good service. The room was clean and the amenities were complete.
The swimming pool is not very large, but the water is fresh.
The breakfast is quite varied and delicious.
This could be a good choice if you're visiting Pontianak.

The hotel is comfortable, the rooms are clean, the service is friendly, there is a swimming pool, there is a gym, breakfast is plenty of choices, the menu is delicious. This is our second arrival, because this hotel is one of the family's favorites besides being comfortable to rest near the mall, so it's also fun to invite weekend kids here

The sheets were a little itchy. The room was damp. 605. I'm sorry, is it true that security guards are not required to greet and assist guests? However, when we arrived, we saw no security guards greet us in a friendly manner. When we wanted to leave the hotel to Jalan Ayani, we were not helped at all to get out. Only the bellboy helped us when checking out. I think this is very different from Ibis and Golden Tulip. Where the feeling of staying in a star-rated hotel is felt from the moment we arrive with their hospitality.
