Super great location! Literally side to side with Senggigi Harbour, there's a lot of convenience store and cafe near the hotel, the staff were super friendly. It also has direct access to the beach with live music at the hotel's restaurant. Will be back for sure!

It was very pleasant to stay at the old Merumata hotel which is well maintained, spacious parking, beautiful hotel area and there is a jogging track, direct access to the beach, comfortable, spacious, clean rooms, TV, internet, delicious breakfast menu, lots of variety, friendly and fast staff, when walking in the morning, Pak Salikin gave us young coconuts, served us until we sat on the beach, it was really great, it's a shame it was only one night here, next time I'll come here again

It was a bit creepy, probably because it was low season and we checked in at night. My husband and I couldn't sleep and experienced some "strange" incidents with "invisible" things, but in the morning the view was beautiful, but you couldn't go directly to the beach because the access was fenced for safety (the waves were very strong). But all the staff were super friendly 🫵🏻🫵🏻🫵🏻👍🏻cool

A quiet and comfortable place to relax. There's a beach that's a great spot for watching the sunset, but it's a bit dirty. The rooms are quite spacious, but they need some maintenance as they're quite old. The door to the balcony wouldn't lock in my room. The food was quite good, but there wasn't much variety. The staff were friendly.

We stayed with a baby and had informed the hotel that we would allow early check-in, but it wasn't possible. After going back and forth, we were finally able to, and even then, close to check-in time. We upgraded to a beach view room 213, but the shower and hair dryer were broken, and the amenities provided were not up to 5-star hotel standards. Don't judge guests by their appearance; you don't know that the people staying are directors and commissioners of a company. If your service is good, we can recommend it.

The location is great, right on the beach and with a great view of the sunset. Unfortunately, the food was lacking in flavor; the fish burger bun was a bit hard, and the chicken was also a bit tough. Hopefully, the taste can be improved.
