I like this hotel because... The parking is spacious, no valet parking like the other Midtown hotel... The hotel entrance is the same as the entrance to the mall next door... The staff is friendly and very helpful... I got a room on the 15th floor facing the front, with a beautiful view of the city...but, sorry, the glass has lots of stains, so it's not very clear anymore... The room is spacious, with a kitchen and a mini washbasin, in the type I stayed in...but sorry, there are lots of small cockroaches...there are cockroaches in the kitchen, and there are also small cockroaches beside the bed that usually like to live in cars...but it's okay, I'm not afraid of small cockroaches, they're just a bit annoying... The bathroom is clean, not clogged, and doesn't smell. The amenities are complete, from soap, lotion, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush, comb, even mustache trimmers are available... And the hotel is close to the main road Yes... coincidentally, when I was staying overnight, there were a lot of ambulances passing by... maybe every 30 minutes, there was the whoosh whoosh of ambulance sirens... As for the food at the restaurant, it was quite varied and tasted quite good... There's a pool area, spacious and clean, but I didn't have the chance to try it.

This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel but it feels like sleeping at home, the sound of vehicles can still be heard so I don't sleep well and I don't know why I feel bored when I'm in the room even though usually when I go to a hotel I like to spend time in the room.

The breakfast was delicious and varied. The room phone was dead, so I had to go downstairs to get it fixed. It should have been checked immediately after check-in. The bathroom glass was peeling. Care must be taken when turning the faucet slowly in the shower area, and the glass door must not be closed immediately. If the shower head is turned on too hot, it can burn you if it hits your body and the glass is hot. The hot faucet in the sink also requires care, as the handle gets hot when held. The trash can was broken, making it difficult to empty; you had to open it manually.

It's so comfortable staying at Midtown Residence Surabaya, I've probably stayed here almost 10 times every time I visit Surabaya. From the Studio type rooms to the Fabulous type. It's very comfortable with all the facilities, the room & bed are big, there's also a lot of storage! The bathroom amenities are also complete. The staff are friendly & helpful too! The breakfast menu is varied and delicious, even the room service menu is affordable and tastes delicious😍
