New hotel in 2018, so the rooms and buildings are still nice, clean neat, not stuffy. Cold air conditioning, small breakfast, okay staff, clean pool .. The front of the hotel is KFC, lots of cafes and 5 foot penyet stalls.

The staff were very helpful ,the facilities were clean and the rooms were as advertised in the photos .The breakfast was lovely and the location was great fir the beach and some lovley restaurants I'd recommend here to anyone. Our only small improvement would be to fish the leaves out of the swimming pool firt thing in the morning ,otherwise it was one of the best places weve on our month in Indonesia

No issues, everything was fine. We were given a welcome drink while waiting for check-in, and the food at the restaurant was delicious and affordable. The location in Senggigi is close to the crowds, but not beachfront. Overall, it's recommended for those looking for a safe, comfortable, and quiet hotel, even if it's not beachfront.

The waiting time for check in is miserable. I have told that my condition is unwell (Fever), I hope I can get a room to rest. But still I need to wait until 15.00 PM, While I have arrived from 13.00 PM. They don't concern on my well condition, so I won't have the second time there.
