Dirty bathroom, dusty floor, empty soap bar, only shampoo, toilet water jet is not normal (water sprays in the wrong direction)

The taste of the food is really poor and there are no choices. But I like the room because it is very spacious, and there are also prayer mats prepared for prayer. The bathroom has a lot of crust and yellow buildup. But, so far it's very comfortable

3 story hotel but no lift. The AC was really bad, it wasn't cold in room 302 or in room 302. The shower water was very small in room 302, I asked to have it checked and repaired but there was no response because it was still very small and slowed down the shower time. I don't recommend this hotel.

Clean hotel, clean and spacious rooms.

There is no hot water, towels must not be provided and must be requested, the receptionist is very dirty, stays 3 nights, the room is not cleaned and the towels have never been replaced, hopefully the hotel management can accept our input. Thank You.

Poorly maintained. Room is not clean. Hair fall on the floor & dusty. Ordered twin beds but not available upon arrival. Pay more for extra bed (mattress on the floor). No hot water. AC not working properly. Torn duvet cover. Cockroach in the toilet, flying mosquitoes all over the place. Can't really sleep. Staff is not friendly. Over priced & over rated. Not coming back.

No elevator. Water has a water heater. And others.

It turned out that the superior room had no hot water, was forced to upgrade to deluxe, the hotel was clean and comfortable.

The staff at the reception are very friendly. I asked for air freshener to be given immediately. The forgotten cellphone was delivered directly to the room. The room is spacious, the size is approximately 4x8 m, the bathroom is also spacious. Plus, in front of the bathroom there is a small space of approximately 1.5x2 m which is equipped with westaful plus a place that can be used as a kitchen (for travelers who like to bring a stove to cook Indomie or just drink tea or coffee, it's really suitable). The rooms are clean, the AC is cold, and quiet. Breakfast, umm, nyammi, I even added it because the menu has seasoned fish, grilled chicken, coconut milk vegetables, cakes. For snacks, in addition to coffee tea, there is also white bread with a toaster and traditional Bugis cakes. Come on, to this hotel.

The rooms are spacious and pleasant, only the internet doesn't come until the room has to be near the lobby to get it.

The hotel staff is not friendly and the hotel is poorly maintained.

The breakfast is delicious, there are lodeh vegetables and grilled fish.

I got a room on the 3rd floor, but there is no elevator, so I have to bring a suitcase, when I get on it's still helped, when I want to go home, I don't pick up the phone from the room, I don't also bring my suitcase, I just looked at it from the bottom, then I sprained my legs because I brought a suitcase from the 3rd floor through the stairs

Ordered a double bed room, arrived at the hotel the receptionist said there were no double beds.

The rooms are great, the price is also very affordable.

A pleasant stay: 1. The room is spacious and clean 2. The bathroom is quite clean (minus no warm water, plus because the toiletries have been prepared to brush teeth and toothpaste) 3. Breakfast is quite a complaint only because there is the sound of people karaoke at the time show at 10 so that makes me less comfortable when entering the chack in at the hotel.

Blankets and sheets were not clean, there were still patches and other people's hair, no warm water and the sink drain was clogged. Bathroom drainage also clogged and flooded on the floor. AC is not cold. Satisfying breakfast.

Bedrooms (sheets, blankets and pillows) are less clean. bathroom less clean, no water heater. the sink is clogged. The air conditioner is not cold. Nice breakfast food.
