The first time I stayed at the Mustika Ratu Hotel was very impressive. I initially only stayed for 1 night to rest because I was tired from the long trip and planned to move hotels again, but seeing that all the hotel staff were very friendly and there were swimming pool facilities, it also made the kids feel at home and the distance to the beach was very close, so we stayed for 2 nights. God willing, if we go to Pangandaran, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful when we checked in, checked out and during our stay. I was impressed with the size of a 2-star hotel but 5-star hospitality, besides the distance to the beach is very close. And amazingly with a pocket-friendly price we get swimming pool facilities too. Next time I go on vacation to Pangandaran again I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is highly recommended for those of you visiting Pangandaran. The hotel is very budget-friendly, and the facilities and staff are truly excellent, surpassing those of a 5-star hotel. There's a clean, well-maintained swimming pool. We arrived at the hotel at 11 a.m. in Pangandaran, even though we were just checking in at 2 p.m., but they said we could check in early because the previous guest had already checked out early and the room was already clean and tidy. We were planning on going on a culinary trip, so we purposely didn't take the breakfast package at the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised to get a free breakfast from the hotel. The food was delicious. The best part was the abundance of snacks in front of the hotel. Next time we go to Pangandaran, we'll definitely stay here again.
