You have to be careful around the poolside area, as the wood is rotten and covered in moss. My child slipped several times when trying to swim. The male receptionist when I checked in was also less than informative, especially since I used Traveloka, as opposed to booking directly through the website or reception. The female receptionist was super friendly and communicative. Hopefully, this will improve.

I've stayed at this hotel several times. The most recommended thing is the jacuzzi in each room and the three meals a day for two people, even three meals a day for the family room. The price is worth it for the room with the facilities...highly recommended.

The service of the 2nd floor restaurant is not good because it prioritizes people who are holding an EVENT in the restaurant to enter first to enjoy dinner, while hotel guests who are staying are asked to queue and wait until the guests who have an event have finished eating before the hotel guests who are staying are asked to enter according to the queue to enjoy dinner.
