The only hotel that can make me have trouble sleeping. It's hot, but the AC isn't cold at all, and it's really suffocating, even though the location is very strategic.

Actually the facilities are quite good, the decoration is still okay, the cleanliness is still forgivable, the hotel staff is friendly, but the AC is not cold at all, in fact the conditions in the room are hotter than outside the hotel at night, it is better to just not use the AC or use a fan and open the windows because it is very hot 🔥🔥🔥

The AC in rooms 221 & 227 was very hot and there was no mechanic to fix it, the lobby in front of the reception was very hot, I will never stay at the Maspion Hotel again.

The location is a bit tucked away, but the low price is worth it. The facilities are good, and if you need food, just walk straight ahead; there's an Alfamidi and plenty of food stalls.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I booked a room with breakfast, but because I had to leave before breakfast time, I couldn't enjoy it. However, the hotel was still responsible by calling my room and reminding me to have breakfast. Otherwise, there were no issues—a nice, affordable hotel in Surabaya.

The location is a bit tucked away, but the low price is worth it. The facilities are good, and if you need food, just walk straight ahead; there's an Alfamidi and plenty of food stalls.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I booked a room with breakfast, but because I had to leave before breakfast time, I couldn't enjoy it. However, the hotel was still responsible by calling my room and reminding me to have breakfast. Otherwise, there were no issues—a nice, affordable hotel in Surabaya.
