I've stayed here 5 times when I go to Malioboro because it's close to Malioboro and it's also easy to find food near Sop Pak Min Klaten, Lumpia Semarang, Indomaret are also close.

The service staff was very bad from the first time they arrived until the morning the child just wanted to swim and was scolded first, it deserves to be a 1 star class hotel, not more

The room smells musty. The sheets, blankets and pillowcases are dirty and smell like they haven't been replaced. Lighting is lacking, the bathroom has no bulkhead so it's muddy. No breakfast.

I don't want to stay here anymore 🥲. 1. Rooms are not comfortable, wifi is bad🤢. 2. The shower water in the bathroom is ugly, inadequate. 3. The deluxe type costs 500, there is no refrigerator. 4. TV is also very 🥱🤦🏻♂️. 5. Due to the small number of guests, no open buffet. 6. Regret because I ordered 3 nights 🥲. No wonder it's quiet.

Ramahnya staff sangat berkesan. Kesini pas high season, available room hanya twin bed, karena bawa anak-anak request bed disatukan dan sebelum kami masuk, kedua kamar sudah ready bed as request. Kasurnya nyaman twin bed ukuran (120x200) x2. Heater berfungsi baik. Room service oke, amenities dikasih lagi di hari kedua. Kolam renangnya kata anak-anak seru (saya ga ikut tiap mereka berenang karena ngurus si kecil). Si kecil yang baru bisa jalan wara wiri di lobby, di ajak main sama staff. Saat itu lift lagi mati, jadi pakai tangga, tapi staff bantu. Breakfast hanya kurang variasi.
