Kebetulan booking-kan adik saya beserta keluarga, selama 9 hari di sini Alhamdulillah sangat puas 👍. Hotel tengah kota, dekat dengan RS. Sutomo, pas di belakang Unair. Dan sangat dekat dengan area makanan yang sangat terjangkau. Hotel sesuai foto, termasuk bersih, para petugas pun sangat ramah dan gercep. Dengan harga segitu, fasilitas-nya sangat mumpuni, terima kasih Oriza dan para staff 🙏 Kami sangat puas 👍.

The staff are friendly, and the bathroom and room are clean, but the Wi-Fi is a bit slow and keeps disconnecting, but it's okay. Overall, it's okay, and it's close to UNAIR Campus B and the TP.

Even though the rate is around 300,000 Rupiah, this hotel is very good and satisfying: the receptionist is super friendly and willing to lend me a knife to cut fruit. The lobby is comfortable with sofas and a TV. There's a bathroom in the lobby. There's an elevator upstairs. And of course, each room has the following amenities: 1. Hot water in the bathroom, towels, and soap. 2. Entertainment with a smart TV (you can watch YouTube or Netflix). Two pillows are provided per guest. 3. View of the Unair tower and the main road. 4. Close to food stalls, minimarkets, and laundry facilities, all within 100 meters. We stayed here during a competition on the Unair campus. Highly recommended.

In my opinion, the bathroom floor is not very clean, because the floor is generally yellow in color, and the floor in the room is also clean in the corners of the room and near the walls, the bottom of the floor in the room looks like it is rarely mopped or cleaned.

The downside is that the bathroom doesn't have a sink. Cleanliness needs to be improved. There's quite a bit of dust in the corners. There's also an unpleasant smell on the first floor near the elevator. For that price, it's pretty good. It's close to Gubeng Station. Hopefully, there will be improvements in the future, especially regarding cleanliness and the smell of the room.
