Asked to add 50k. Staff not friendly at all. The place is like a den of thugs. Dilapidated facilities. Smelly pillows, never seem to be replaced. No drinking water. Ac leaked, tv only 1 channel. It's a very messy place, very different from the photo.

The employees were noisy in the hallway at night so I was disturbed and couldn't fall asleep. The dirty room smells of cigarette smoke making us short of breath and coughing. Very bad.

Tidak ada tempat parkir mobil. Remot TV mati. Keluar air dari showernya kecil. Handuknya kecil banget. Tempat sampahnya bolong di bawah. Yang di pasang di aplikasi tempat tidurnya 1 tapi aslinya tingkat. Kamarnya sempit banget.

It's really dirty, just giving up, complaining about asking for a room change is said to be full, because while I'm working there can't even be a signal in the end room, the wifi doesn't work either, I tell the employee that she's annoyed when she says her cellphone has a signal, she said that at the reception there is a signal because at the front, my room is at the very end, the answer to the problem of leaking is also answered, then it stops, it doesn't leak anymore and then it says I've got the best room, it's funny I've checked in here before, it's not this bad , just be careful, you guys are dirty, basically from bed linen and others and put on the floor together with trash, just didn't get to take a photo this afternoon, my body immediately itch "sleep here because it's really dirty, the employee is a guy who is not very clear even though female employees used to be better off than this, it's really bad, I'm just staying here alone, I don't want to be lewd or anything, the intention is to take a break while in Jambi but instead it becomes a skin disease, my legs are itchy n body, I got room no 205.

It's not clear, what was ordered for twin beds instead got a backpacker room. Please, sir, if you give info plus a clear photo of the room so that customers won't be disappointed, you can only look for profits.

The employee service is not very good for guests who want to check in, I want to check in and even check in, instead of me being served, the employees are busy playing cellphones. Here I pay through the application I think I will get good service. Apparently not. It's a shame that this hotel can enter into a collaboration that already has good accreditation in the community. Very deceived, the image in the original application is different, the place is dirty, a lot of garbage, the room smells of smelly pillows, the air conditioner is not cold, it is very uncomfortable to be there.

Disappointed to check in and check out there is no receptionist who stands by. Stuffy rooms, there is a price there is quality. But that's not it either. Pillows and sheets all musty. Customer comfort must still be considered. Should have stayed 2 nights, I decided only 1 night. It's okay to lose. Instead of sleeping in a cramped room. One more lot of mosquitoes, I got in room 205.
