The rooms are cramped, dirty, the mattress is also not balanced so it makes you sick, the air conditioner is not cold, the towels are torn and dirty, besides that the water is very small which is not hot either.

Sorry, but this review is to be better in the future. The toilet smells really bad if the exhaust is not turned on, it looks like it hasn't been taken care of dirty. Hot water heater only 5 minutes. From the sink it smells like water after using it, lots of ants, some mosquitoes and small animals in that smelly place (I don't know what it's called). I just don't feel comfortable staying at that price. Curtains, the sofa looks like it's old. The tv is okay, it's a smart tv. Hopefully the cleanliness can be improved so that guests feel at home.

Did not stay overnight, when I wanted to check in the guard was also sleeping, and the place was dirty, it didn't match the photo. when the information came from the check-in guard, just went to the upper room ... when we checked the room there was no key, the ac was leaking, and dirty.

First time trying OYO in Bekasi. The room smells good, the staff are also very friendly, fun to chat with, the place is clean, the rooms are clean, the bathroom is clean. Only minus the trash can, in the room, I use plastic. The rest are satisfied with the services and facilities they get.
