Oath. During my stay in the Puncak to Cipanas area at the Koneng Hotel I got everything. From the friendly staff, the clean rooms, and the location of the hotel area which is very spacious, suitable for families with toddlers, there provides a children's play area and also a clean swimming pool. Plus we do not have to bother to order to eat both morning, noon and also evening with a price that does not drain the bag. Very recommendations for those of you who are on vacation in the Puncak, Cipanas and surrounding areas if you want to stay. As a priority I give 5 stars to Koneng Hotel.

The hotel room is dirty, the sheets and pillowcases smell bad. The worst thing is the bathroom, the tub is super dirty until we drain and clean the tub ourselves. I'm really tired, I'm not going to stay here again. Shabby ceilings, curtains and walls.

Ada teko + gelas tapi ga ada airnya sama sekali, mau minum apaan? Angin? Pas check out ditanya ' handuknya 2 kemana? '. Ketawain aja, dikasih handuk aja nggak waktu check in, nanya handuk. Seketika hening.

For the room, it is spacious, but unfortunately the sheets have a lot of stains, there are ants under the blanket, if you lift the blanket there is a lot of dust, there are no towels, the shower cannot be used, the foot mat does not absorb water. Luckily, when I asked to change rooms, I was allowed, but that's still the case. The sink area is dirty, there is a lot of dust. The bath tub is also dirty.

MasyaAllah the hotel is cheap, good, neat, according to the photo in the application. The garden is spacious, there is a children's play area, there are birds and fish ponds, a swimming pool. There is also hot water. The staff is friendly and the car is cleaned too, I really love it. Next time, God willing, will come here again.

This hotel is quite good. With the price offered this hotel is quite recommended. The drawback is the cleanliness of the pillows and mattresses, as well as the cleanliness of the water in the bathroom. Although the price is very affordable, cleanliness is very basic.
