Bad, worst experience while ordering on traveloka. When we checked in we were asked for an additional fee of 50 thousand per room, but we refused, they insisted. After negotiating and waiting a long time, we finally paid 50 thousand for 2 rooms. And when I entered the room it turned out to be dirty, different from the one in the photo, the room was stuffy, smelly, the sheets were dirty, and what was even more annoying at 3 in the morning the electricity went out after waiting for an hour and didn't last long. Finally we went downstairs to check and it turned out we had run out of tokens and tap water too. dead.

The guard staff is quite friendly, there is an additional IDR 20 thousand. For a room price of IDR 60 thousand, it's reasonable considering the quality of the room. The picture of the nice room is at the front. But with this price given in the back, the floor. 2. But please, if the room is like this, display the actual photo, don't make a photo of a nice room with a room price like this. The room is basic, a bit damp, the ceiling is almost 4m high, the AC is quite cold, but it takes a long time to cool the room, the bathroom is basic, you can't get towels, only 1 electrical socket so it's hard to watch while charging your cellphone. The mattress is hard, the edge of the bed has a barrier which makes it difficult to get up/down from the bed/mattress. There are no trash cans, so every morning I put my trash in plastic and put it on the balcony near the stairs. The first day the bathroom/WC light went out, was replaced, but it was still not bright, dim. The door lock is very difficult to turn, it gets a bit stuck.

The original room is very different from the one in the photo, in fact the room is large, in fact the room is small, no drinking water towels are provided, no trash basket either. Dirty toilet, dirty room. Very dissapointed.

When I want to sleep, God, there are a lot of bedbugs, this is like a room that has been used up, just cleaned with a broom stick, don't change the sheets because it's really dirty, it's worst to stay in a budget hotel here, the faucet is broken, there are no towels, nothing soap, bed linen in general, finally moved rooms too but still had bedbugs but better than the first room, duh, it really makes me dizzy staying here. Until the debate, no more, I don't want to decide on fortune but, how come it doesn't really fit, please fix it.

The service was very bad, the room I ordered via the application was gone and I wanted to be placed in a dirty room, there were no clean sheets and blankets so I canceled my stay at the hotel. If you order a hotel, it is better to contact first whether the room is still there or not because the system is not good. My money from January 15-17, 2022 has not been returned. The hotel gave inappropriate testimony.
