This hotel has friendly staffs, the room ias small but clean and comfortable. It is suitable for short business trip. Will stay here again in the future.

The room smells musty, and the sheets and pillowcases have lots of women's hair falling out, it seems that the room was not cleaned from the previous stay. Then, above/ceiling the room there are lots of cobwebs. Please pay attention to cleanliness again, cleanliness is one of the most important elements of the lodging business, apart from service. I plan from 2 nights to stay here so only 1 night because the hotel is not clean.

The hotel is complicated, even though the usual hotel check-in must be right at 2 o'clock and the guards are complicated. Where should check out late at 1 o'clock, this is less than 1 o'clock, it's difficult to stay here again, even though the staff wasn't like this before, on behalf of Ronald please if People who check out are reminded to be banged on, not allowed to be late. The room is small, noisy with noise from outside, then the location of the room is very uncomfortable because the place is passing by and right in front of the door is a room. Eat a restaurant that is very close (very tight).

If the room is so far satisfying, but the location is why the room is not privacy, the room is right facing the food place and often people go back and forth in front of the room and even sit in front of the room 😣

The room is suitable like someone was photographed, when I just opened the room there was a spot of stains, the room was comfortable & clean, the wifi was smooth, the TV channel was good, plus in the room there was also a small snack aqua available, toiletries were available complete, for the service is okay, the place is very strategic near the minimarket, oh yeah yeah I got a room with a restaurant only in the morning very noisy so my break is interrupted, please with the volume / sound of the crew crew don't be too big that's all, the rest I like the next I will be back again at Airy Setiabudi Guntur 40, keep the service good job.
