The receptionist is very bad, there are no smiles. The AC is not cold, WiFi can't connect, the front lights of the room turn out to be scary at night because in front of the room there is a kind of duck. There are no towels, but the rooms are pretty clean, yes there are prices there are amenities.

Sorry, the rooms are not worthy of being called a hotel, lots of mosquitoes no electric kettle, towels and mineral water are only provided, lodging at this price is very disappointing.

Water flow from the shower is slow. No towels, soap, shampoo are provided. The light is not bright enough and there is no light sleep. Only 1 socket and far from the bed. Wifi is relatively slow. There are no tables and chairs. The location is quite easy to reach close to the ringroad. Large motorcycle and car parking.

Maybe OYO should do a better review regarding the standardization of their partner property. 1. I checked in only drinking water 1. 2. Towels are only set up 1. 3. Hot water does not work. 4. Small shower 5. Unclear policy about room. Please be careful when staying more than 2 people, you should ask a clear policy. Because suddenly it will be charged Rp. 50,000 whereas the extra bed rent is Rp. 50,000 Actually I want to extend, because my friends are staying there, but due to several things I should move rooms.

Being away from the center of the crowd, guest amenities and guest supplies are not refilled, dirty rooms are never made up even though guests have long stays and have requests asking for make up and service is very very not good, There is no soul of hospitality, disparaging guests and condescending guest, unprofessional, arrogant to work in oyo pretentious most and most understandable, revile guests by issuing words that are not supposed to be issued operational standards are not clear, Please be trained again and made standard operating procedures, in order to understand procedures- existing procedures at the hotel, Highly do not recommend to stay here.
