Morning order. There is no confirmation by telephone and others. When he arrived at the hotel, he was initially refused, he said the hotel asked for the booking to be closed but it was still accepted. Because it's 4 pm and you can't get a refund, the important thing is that you can stay. But it's really bad. At first the hotel said to just ask the customer for a complaint. But it doesn't seem like it's giving way, even though I ordered in the application and it was paid in full and it says it can't be refunded. It's really bad
