I've stayed here twice, and it turns out that now it's under new management under Plum Hotel, we were confused when we arrived because the gate was locked, but there was a banner that the lobby would be opened starting January 2025 via Plum Hotel. The staff are friendly, there's tea and coffee for welcome drinks, the staff helped us to take our luggage to our room, the AC and water heater are on normally, the old TV is okay, there's a glass hanger cupboard, there's a mattress, but the condition of the room under the mattress is really dirty, dusty like it's never been swept, the walls are full of black mold, and the towels are also full of holes, there's no mat in front of the bathroom. It should be better if it's under new management, btw Thank you.

The hotel is actually good but it needs more improvements, for that price it is indeed appropriate, if everything is fixed the price will definitely go up, for a sudden stay it is suitable, but for hanging out in the morning it is okay

Subscriber since 2020. Spacious room, water heater works, but please pay attention to the cleanliness starting from pillow cases, blankets, sheets, bathrooms, roofs, and others. The water debit is small, the staff is not very friendly. Please improve it again because the location is already strategic

For a strategic location, although it is quiet and a bit scary. For family room facilities, there are no towels, soap, toothpaste, etc. The heater is also broken, sometimes it spews fire, which really surprised the kids. Improve the facilities again, okay?

The blankets and sheets looked like they hadn't been washed, the water heater for the shower was broken, the most annoying thing was that the ventilation in the bathroom looked like it had been deliberately made a hole so that it could be clearly seen from the outside, because the position of the room was below and next to the room right next to the ventilation, it turned out that in the morning there was a cleaner who could have seen through the hole while taking a shower and I just realized it when I was taking a shower and there was a cleaner, the position of the ventilation hole was clearly seen to have been deliberately made a hole!
