This is the second time I have stayed here, with a fairly long time span of 6 years ago, and the quality of service has not decreased. My favorite room is on the east side with a view of the grand mosque, feel the sunrise. It's great.

Booking for a deluxe queen double room for April 2-4. When checking in at 8 pm, I was given a twin room even though I booked it for a family (couple + baby) and had added special requests such as no smoking and a large bed. Complained that according to the order, it said that the other option in the deluxe queen double was smoking. Because it was already late and I was too lazy to argue, we were accepted tonight in a twin room with a note that it was a no smoking room and tomorrow we were moved to the appropriate room. Entering room 519 which was said to be a no smoking room, it turned out that the bathroom smelled of cigarettes, the toilet seat had yellow spots, I don't know if it was pee or what (I didn't take a picture because I was disgusted), and there was a lot of hair on the edge of the sink. Called the hotel to ask for help to clean it, they answered "yes, but it will be cleaned tomorrow". A starred hotel but really dirty even though the outside of the building looks okay. I was really disappointed, now I'm going to sleep thinking "this room hasn't been cleaned or what" and thinking what because I got a discount rate of 450/night so it's like this -_-
