Paradise Center Point Hotel

Friendly hotel staff, clean, 2nd floor souvenir center, food around the hotel is very cheap, rooftop with the best view, delicious restaurant food, highly recommended to stay here

Near Batu Mall, just exit the hotel and you're there. Finding food is also easy, as there are many vendors right outside the hotel. The rooftop is great... Breakfast is delicious. The room is large and spacious. Clean too. Overall, very pleasant. Keep it up...!!!

Thank God, the service is amazing. I didn't expect anything but prompt and diligent service. My grandmother uses a wheelchair, and she was always assisted from check-in to check-out. Thank you! We had a great vacation, but we really enjoyed it. Highly recommended!🤩

wonderful experience ever! this hotel was so lit! they have a super affordable food in ther cafe, and we can buy our snacks in minimarket below the hotel! need meals? it's so near to every resto we have also you can just go to their cafe lounge upstairs! you can also enjoy the city lighy of batu! (this is a photo of my meals last time, i got fried rice n ice tea for only 15k in that size, nyam 😋) they've upgraded the servuce by added tootbrush to their bathroom (cuz there's a review told us they don't provide it before) no need to be worried about soundproof. well maybe lot of people worried abt that, but it's not really is a big matter. we can't hear our nearest neighbour convo and loud sound from outside, but if we dropped our things on floor/table, our nearest neighbour def will hear that one.. so be carefull and keep your voice in low to medium volume! well.. cons in the room only cuz they don't have netflix on tv and hanger in their room (idk if that one is by request or not 💁🏻‍♀️) also this place near to anywhere, lippo batu, ☆bucks, any resto, dessert store, alun" batu, and any holiday spots! do if you do looking for affordable room, you should stay here for once! have a nice day!

Nice hotel. It's near the lippo plaza batu, alun alun, and many tourism destination such as Jatim Park 1, Jatim Park 2, Jatim Park 3, and Museum Angkut. And since their location is in the same building with the souvenir store, we can buy souvenir here (such as keripik tempe, pia, apple, and many other) with special discount for the hotel guest. Although they have no elevator, there's a cleaning staff who helped us bring our suitcase to the reception which is located on the 2nd floor of the building. The check-in process was quick and their staff helped us bring our suitcase to our room on the 3rd floor. The room was clean and spacy. We got 2 queen bed, and since we stayed with our child it's very useful and lucky for us. The staff is friendly. In the morning, they will text you to inform you about the breakfast, even they offer to deliver the breakfast to your room. The food was tasty. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here. But I hope they will give their guests slippers and also provide a cable telephone in the room, just for internal communication to the reception or housekeeping.
